SOFTWARE THAT FITS YOUR BUSINESS

We make every effort to understand your business and supply software tailored to meet your needs and solve your challenges.
Since 1984, our goal has always been to provide superior technology
to help your company run smoothly and realize your objectives.

Collaborative Engagement

We start by asking your people "What does better look like to you?"
"What information should be more tightly integrated?"
"How do we improve Operations?  Finance?  Sales?"

Collaboration

System Blueprint

Based on our conversations, we put together a document outlining the objectives, priorities and timeframes that will act as delivery milestones for your new software.

Targeted Outcomes

Stakeholder and End-User Interviews

Objectives

We know your company is unique, and operates within a distinct commercial context.  Correctly implemented software will accurately reflect your specific conditions and provide tools for measuring and managing performance  as well as assisting smooth and efficient operations.  Our goal is to meet with your people, develop a clear understanding of your business and assist in identifying areas and procedures your new software will help to improve,

Existing Procedures

We use modeling software to document how your business currently functions.  From initial customer or client engagement, product identification, provision and delivery, service scheduling and execution, billing and payment transactions, accounting and financial analysis, forecasting and budgeting, inventory and resource management; we determine how you do things now, in order to intelligently discuss and advise ways to realize your targeted system improvements.

End-User Input

Systems designed with end-user experience in mind achieve significantly higher levels of acceptance, use and engagement.  Available tools are used more frequently, information is recorded more accurately and consistently, and over-arching business goals are more likely to be realized.  We include end-users in our conversations and analysis in order to achieve higher levels of buy-in, which translate to successful system implementations.  These conversations demonstrate our sincere respect for the people who help make your company the success it is and who will also help the new system accomplish the things you need it to.
